Shipping Policy
Line Nine Pets ships your order via FedEx or UPS, with the exception of XX Large beds which will be shipped via freight. Your item is fully insured during transit. If you receive a damaged box, please document with photos before opening the package. Inspect the item and take photos of any damages to the product. Email info@lineninepets.com with your photo documentation so we can file a claim. We will do our best to get you a replacement item as soon as possible.
The X Large and XX Large beds are heavy! We suggest having adequate help when loading these into your home to avoid damage to the product or injury to yourself. If you would like to schedule White Glove delivery service, please contact us at info@lineninepets.com and we can help coordinate delivery service.
